If we can find beauty and meaning in the cosmic chaos of the night sky, surely we can find such things within our own lives.

Welcome

Hi, I’m Jayce and I am so glad you’re here.

I provide therapy for creative adults and teens who are struggling with self-esteem, performance anxiety, family/religious trauma, and relationships. Guided by principles of mindfulness, acceptance, and empowerment, my work focuses on your healing from trauma, anxiety/depression, bullying, and difficult life events such as career burnout, divorce, and the loss of a loved one. Together, let’s discover new paths and ways of being that will lead you to healing, growth, and meaningful change.

Approach

Therapy Based in Narrative & Experiential Awareness

The path to healing is within each of us waiting to be discovered. Sometimes we need to slow down and raise our awareness of our experiencing and how we are storying our lives in order to find it. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgemental space that allows for this process. At times, I may offer practices and alternative perspectives aimed at helping you get in touch with your experiencing and unstuck from unhelpful stories told to you by others/the inner critic.

I will strive to bring affirmation to your unique cultural, biological, and narrative experiencing of self. I will approach the work with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I value creativity, social justice, and diversity. Together, we will focus on identifying your needs and explore ways of meeting them that utilize your existing strengths.
